Understanding our refund and cancellation terms

The terms hereof shall constitute Teson ("Company") cancellation and refund policy in relation to the services mentioned on the Website ("Refund and Cancellation Policy"). Capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Terms of Use.

REFUND POLICIES

  1. 1. Plan-Based Refunds

    Refunds against cancellation of services are subjected to the plan and offers.

  2. 2. Promotional Offers

    Offers can't be claimed in the refund policies.

  3. 3. Delivered Services

    Delivered services can't be claimed for the refunds.

  4. 4. Refund Transfer

    Refunds will only be transferred to account where the payment was originated (UTR details will be shared).

  5. 5. Bank Charges

    Bank charges will be borne by the customer.

  6. 6. Policy Changes

    Company "Teson" reserves the rights to change the refund policies without giving an intimation to the customers.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

  1. 1. Right to Cancel

    Please note that there may be certain subscription/orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, without any claims or liability to pay finance charges or interest on the amount.

  2. 2. Subscription Cancellation

    The daily car wash subscription cancellation both partially and fully can be requested by the customer and the remaining amount will be settled on the prorated basis without clubbing the offer to the customer's same account where the payment was initiated for the order within 14 working days.

  3. 3. How to Cancel

    Cancellation can be initiated on the email address info@teson.in or through contact center number 918180004661.

  4. 4. On-Demand Order Cancellation

    On-demand order cancellations made 1 days or more in advance of the booking date, will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 12 hours will incur a 20% fee. Cancellations made within 12 hours to the event will incur a 30% fee.

  5. 5. Plan Cancellation Timeline

    You agree and acknowledge that unless stated otherwise you are not entitled to cancel any orders made by you on this Website. In the event you subscribe to any Plan, the same may be canceled by you 2 days prior to the provision of the services, in such a case you will be refunded the entire amount after deducting any bank charges that may have been applicable. Further during a period between one month and 14 days from when the Plans are to be provided, if there is a cancellation request received, we may at our discretion refund the actual calculation on the basis of services consumed, after deducting any bank charges that may have been applicable, to you. A period of 14 days before the Solutions to be provided no request for cancellation will not be entertained by the Company.

  6. 6. Policy Modifications

    Company "Teson" reserves the rights to change the policies without giving an intimation to the customers.
